  • I have a personal interest in accessibility on the web, and intend for this site to follow both the letter, and the intent of W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
  • The pages on this site are WCAG AA and where possible AAA compliant based on my interpretation of the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
  • All images included as content have alternative text ALT describing the image, and links to longer descriptions LONGDESC when necessary.
  • All links are written to make sense out of context.
  • All page layout features (including images used for layout) are implemented using cascading stylesheets, allowing users to override all visual aspects of this page as needed.
  • All pages on this site are structured using semantic markup. BLOCKQUOTE is used for quotes, H1 is used for the site title, H2 tags are used for page titles, H3 tags for subtitles etc.
  • All pages on this site are still usable with stylesheets, javascript, and all plugins turned off.
  • All pages on this site validate as XHTML 1.0 Strict.
